Make the teriyaki salmon marinade by combining soysauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, onion powder and brown sugar in a bowl, whisk well and reserve 1/3 cup of marinade
Pour teriyaki marinade in a zip lock, place salmon without skin, allow to marinate for 15-30 minutes ( max 2 hours)
Preheat air fryer at 400 degrees, using tongs place salmon in air fryer, about 12 minutes ( depends how thick salmon is
While salmon is cooking use remaining marinade and add 2 tablespoon water and cornstarch. The glaze will thicken up.
Once salmon is done add glaze, then serve over a bed of rice or veggies
