Place potatoe in skillet and beging to cook,after 5 mintues place a lid over skillet to allow the potatoes to cook for 10 minutes. Once the lid is off make sure you move the potatoes around with a Spatula until the begin to crisp up. Cook until its fork tender
Once Breakfast Potatoes are down transfer into a bowl and add your seasonings, Onion powder, Garlic Powder, Old Bay, and Salt. Toss around in the bowl and serve
