Instructions
Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks and granulated sugar until creamy and pale in color.
Add mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract to the egg yolk mixture. Mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
Dip each ladyfinger into the brewed coffee for a few seconds and layer them in a serving dish to create the base.
Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat the layers as needed, finishing with a layer of mascarpone mixture on top.
Chill the Tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
