Teriyaki Glazed Salmon in the Air Fryer

- 1 Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon Filet
- 1 teaspoon ginger chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch or flour
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Make the teriyaki salmon marinade by combining soysauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, onion powder and brown sugar in a bowl, whisk well and reserve 1/3 cup of marinade
- Pour teriyaki marinade in a zip lock, place salmon without skin, allow to marinate for 15-30 minutes ( max 2 hours)
- Preheat air fryer at 400 degrees, using tongs place salmon in air fryer, about 12 minutes ( depends how thick salmon is
- While salmon is cooking use remaining marinade and add 2 tablespoon water and cornstarch. The glaze will thicken up.
- Once salmon is done add glaze, then serve over a bed of rice or veggies
