Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Fresh Ahi Tuna cubed
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 Stalks Green Onions Stalks, Thinly sliced
- 1 Medium Cucumber diced
- 1 Avocado diced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for garnish
- 2 cups Cooked Rice sushi rice or brown rice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed ahi tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Toss gently to coat the tuna evenly.
- Divide the cooked rice between two serving bowls. Top with the marinated ahi tuna, diced cucumber, diced avocado, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
