Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ½ cups shredded Colby cheese
  • 2 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Gradually stir in the milk, and cook until the sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Combine the cooked macaroni and cheese sauce, then transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the top with Colby and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Serve your homemade macaroni and cheese hot and enjoy the creamy, cheesy goodness!
