Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce:In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), cornstarch, sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes. Set the sauce aside.
- Cook the Broccoli:Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to turn bright green and are tender-crisp. Remove the broccoli from the pan and set it aside.
- Sauté the Shrimp:In the same wok or skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
