Ingredients
- 1 Lb Mini Potatoes
- 2-4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Old Bay
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into halves1 Lb Mini Potatoes
- Warm up the skillet with butter until melted2-4 tbsp Butter
- Place potatoe in skillet and beging to cook,after 5 mintues place a lid over skillet to allow the potatoes to cook for 10 minutes. Once the lid is off make sure you move the potatoes around with a Spatula until the begin to crisp up. Cook until its fork tender
- Once Breakfast Potatoes are down transfer into a bowl and add your seasonings, Onion powder, Garlic Powder, Old Bay, and Salt. Toss around in the bowl and serve1 tbsp Garlic Powder, 1 tbsp Onion Powder, 1 tbsp Old Bay, 1 tsp Salt
