Ingredients
- 4 fillets Mahi-Mahi Fillets 6 ounces each

- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Place the mahi-mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the fillets from the marinade and grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have grill marks.
