Ingredients
- 12 oz Fettuccine Pasta
- 2 large Chicken Breast
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 3 c cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned chicken strips to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink and have a golden brown color.
- Pour in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens and the cheese is fully melted.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
