- 1 Skillet or Wok
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch divided
- 1/2 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 lb Boneless Round Steak any thin steak work
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 cups Broccoli Florets Fresh or Frozen
- 1 cup small onion
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Cooked White Rice
Instructions
- In a bowl combine 2 tbsp Cornstartch, 2 tbsp water, and garlic power combine3 tbsp Cornstarch, 2 tbsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 cups Water
- Add Beef and toss1 lb Boneless Round Steak
- In a large skillet or Wok over med/high heat stir fry Beef in 1 tbsp of oil until beef is cooked; and remove1 lb Boneless Round Steak, 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Cook Broccoli and onion (about 8 minutes) and return beef4 cups Broccoli Florets, 1 cup small onion
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar and remaining cornstarch and water until smooth; add to pan1/2 cups Water, 1/3 cup Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Brown Sugar, 3 tbsp Cornstarch
- Cook and stir for about 2 minutes until sauce thickens
- Serve over rice2 cups Cooked White Rice
